Three contractor bids in 48 hours

For US property managers, and the AI agents that work for them. Tell us the job once; we contact local contractors, collect their quotes and send back a ranked comparison.

$49 per job, refunded under 2 quotes · Contract re-bids: 20% of savings, or nothing

The three-bid rule

Your owners want three bids before you spend their money. Getting them means a week of calls, voicemails and half-answers scattered across your inbox.

Tell us the job once. We find licensed local contractors, email each one your scope, follow up, and read every reply. You get a bid tab you can forward to the owner as it is.

48hours, from your request to the bid tab

The January 1 renewals

Landscaping, pest control, janitorial, HVAC maintenance and snow removal renew every year, usually at last year's price plus a little. We re-bid them before the date, with the same scope sent to every vendor.

If a bid beats what you pay and you switch, our fee is 20% of the first year's savings. If nobody beats your price, you pay nothing.

Questions, answered

Who do you contact? Licensed local businesses with strong public reviews, by email, with your job details. We say who we are and that it is a real job.

Do you vet the contractors? We rank by public reviews and responsiveness and flag bids that look incomplete. Always confirm license and insurance before work starts.

What does a job cost? $49 per one-off job, paid at checkout. If fewer than two contractors send a price, we refund it in full.

How do contract re-bids work? Tell us the scope and what you pay today. We bid it out and show you the savings. If you switch, you pay 20% of year-one savings, minimum $500. If nobody beats your price, you pay nothing.

Is there a plan for large portfolios? Yes: unlimited jobs for $1 a door each month; write to us.

Do contractors pay you? No. We work for the property manager, so the ranking has no paid placements.

Do you book the work? You choose and book. Reply to our email if you want us to ask a follow-up question or chase more bids.

Where do you work? Anywhere in the United States with enough licensed contractors nearby to ask.

What if a contractor wants no more emails? One reply of “stop” and they are never contacted again, by anyone using RebidPro.

Can my AI assistant use this? Yes. Connect our MCP server or call the API; see AI agents.

Where does the cost data come from? From the quotes contractors send us for real jobs. See cost data.
