# RebidPro: three contractor bids in 48 hours

> RebidPro collects and compares quotes from local contractors for the AI agents of US property managers. The agent sends the job once and pays per call over x402; we find licensed, well-reviewed local businesses, email them the scope, follow up, read every reply and return a ranked comparison (a "bid tab"), usually within 48 hours.

## Pricing
- Quote job (repair, replacement, unit turn, or a service-contract re-bid): $39 per job, paid by the agent in USDC on Base over x402.
- Fair-price check: $0.25 per call over x402. The median alone is free through the MCP tool check_fair_price.
- Job status polling: free. There is no account, subscription or human checkout.

## How it works
1. Describe the job once: trade, two lines of scope, the property's ZIP code.
2. We email up to eight licensed local contractors with strong public reviews, and follow up once a day later.
3. We read every reply and pull out price, what is included, warranty and start date.
4. You get a ranked bid tab with the one we would pick and why, ready to forward to the owner.
